Raju Chellaton, Co-founder at Crossroad Elf Pvt. Ltd. has had an illustrious career that spans over 30 years in the Global IT Industry. During the tenure he has built very successful business practices across Technology, IT Operations, Application Development and Maintenance, Analytics & Automation and Product Engineering.
Prior to Crossroad Elf, Raju was the Senior Vice President and Chief Delivery Officer of IMSS at Happiest Minds, bootstrapping and growing the business to over $20 million in revenue run rate, acquiring marquee client base across US, Europe, India and South East Asia.
Prior to Happiest Minds, Raju was Vice President, IMS at Mindtree. He earlier held key senior leadership roles in Data Warehousing, Analytics and Application Management business practices. He was recipient of Chairman’s Award and several other recognitions.
Prior to Mindtree, Raju worked in Verizon, USA, leading business operations analytics and data warehousing program, enterprise wide capacity and performance management responsibilities. His was recipient of Verizon Outstanding Performance award and inducted into Enterprise Master’s Club.
He has worked with several global clients including GE, Verizon, Unilever, RIL, KPN and Microsoft, to name a few and across different cultures around the globe having worked in the USA, Middle East and India. Raju is passionate about working with academia to help develop the curriculums that align individual aspirations with opportunities in the industry. He is on the industry advisory board of couple of management institutes in India. He is also a founding member of the Group50 Digital Technology Practice.
Raju is also passionate about sports and wellbeing. He has also co-founded a Sports Entertainment venture, Mugabu Sports.
Raju holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics engineering from NITK Suratkal and an Executive MBA in Product Leadership from PES University.
Punyesh, the Co-founder and CEO at Crossroad Elf DSS Pvt. Ltd. has over 21 years of progressive experience in IT Industry including 6+ years of Entrepreneurial journey. Punyesh holds his Engineering degree from University of Mysore and MBA from EDHEC Business School, France, specializing in Entrepreneurship. He has lived and worked in countries such as India, USA, Belgium, Germany, France and Luxembourg.
While Punyesh was associated with the corporate world, he successfully executed several end to end implementations of Business Intelligence / Data Analytics projects for world renowned organizations such as General Electric, Volvo (Belgium), Brocade Communications Systems (USA), VMware (USA), MorphoDetection(USA), Gracenote(USA) and Adidas (Germany) and managed intense Client / User interactions at Executive levels. His former employers include MindTree (USA) and Amazon (Europe).
Punyesh has authored several Business Plans and has contributed significantly while developing many portals and e-commerce platforms. He has worked across various industry sectors such as Transportation, Modular space, Automobile, Retail, Virtualization, Detection Systems, Security and verticals such as Finance, Sales, Marketing, Inventory management and Contact Center. He is passionate about Blockchain, AI, ML and Drone related breakthroughs.
Punyesh’s strong program management and team management skills have won him several accolades for team performance when he was associated with Mindtree Ltd.
Punyesh’s hobbies and interests include fitness training, sports, chess, social networking and social service.
